Add multiple SSO Google users

You can use the CSV form we provide to add multiple SSO users to Edified at one time. Once users have been added and complete an email confirmation, they will be able to access Edified using their Google accounts and won't need a separate login.

To get started, click on Upload SSO bulk users under the Users heading in your administration menu.

On the Upload users page, you will see the Download sample CSV file button in the upper right. Click on this button to get a sample of the formatted CSV you will use to upload users. 

This is what the sample CSV form looks like. Be sure to format your CSV exactly as shown. Since you are uploading Google users, each entry in the type column will be "google". 

Here is the formatted CSV I used for this example.

Once you have filled out and saved your CSV form, upload it to Edified by using the Choose a file button or by simply dragging and dropping it.

Click the Upload users button and after the page reloads, you will see a preview of your users. If you have any users on the CSV who already have accounts, this will be noted in the Status column. Click Upload users to continue.

A success message will appear briefly and then your SSO page will load and you will see your users in the list along with any users you previously added.

Any user you add like this will get a confirmation email message with an Activate & Login button. The user will click this button and then will be prompted to fill in their profile, which gives you the information you need for reporting in Edified.
