Once you finish the requirements for a course you are enrolled in, you will be able to access your certificate. You may occasionally come across optional videos, and these are not required for the certificate.
As you finish required video activities and the quiz in a course, checkmarks will appear to the right.
You may have to wait a few minutes and refresh your screen before a checkmark appears after watching a video or taking the quiz. This is because the system is constantly receiving new data and takes a few minutes to load it all.
Once you see all of the checkmarks, go down to the last section in the course titled Course completion certificate. You might have noticed as you were taking the course that the link for the certificate was not active and you were not able to click on it. You will now be able to click on it.
