Before you begin setting up Edified for your organization, it will benefit you to have an understanding of the hierarchical structure of your organization's site(s).
The tenant site, which in most cases is a school district, is the top level. The level below that is made up of subtenant sites. This level is typically used for schools within the district.
The initial setup of a tenant site will be done by an Edified team member and we'll then add you and any other admins you request.
You will manage the tenant site and will have the ability to manage all subtenant sites as well. If you would like, you can give users admin permissions at the subtenant level as well.
You will be able to add as many subtenant sites as you like within the bounds of your subscription and the number of user accounts you have available.
